New course begins on Saturday, 18th September 2010 - 19.00h.                        Terms: saturday 19.00-20.00, sunday 19.00-20.00.

Information about the Instructor

Dragan Mikić took his first tango steps in London in 2000. Three years of tango immersion later, in 2003, he fulfilled his dream and spent three months in Buenos Aires where he studied and lived tango with great Argentinean masters and teachers. Together with the Beltango orchestra, he founded the Belgrade Tango Association in April 2004, and started the school of Argentine Tango. In September 2004, the Belgrade Tango Association organized the 1st Belgrade Tango Festival, for which he was the executive manager.

He visited  Buenos Aires two more times in 2005 and 2007 and attended the 7th and 9th International Tango Festival. The 2nd and 3rd Belgrade Tango Festival that he organized in September 2005 and 2006 enjoyed a success. Over the three years that he has been dance instructor at the Belgrade Tango Association, he has organized 15 courses and 400 tango dancers have attended the school of tango.
